Disney has picked up the workplace comedy Boss, for Scott Rudin to produce, reports Variety.
The script by Tony Lord and David Cohen revolves around a 21-year-old who becomes his father's boss.
Lord have previously sold their scripts Head Games to Universal and Black Sabbath to Summit Entertainment.
