Sì, esce il prossimo mese, ma ci sono ancora altre due uscite prima (Cenerentola e Toy Story). La settimana scorsa hanno pubblicato cover e tracklist di Toy Story, quindi a breve pubblicheranno anche quelle di Pocahontas.

Uhm bella piena questa di Pocahontas, ma sbaglio o con poco e niente in più rispetto a quella già uscita all'epoca del film?

Finalmente!!!!
Noto che ci sono diverse tracce strumentali inedite rispetto al cd del 1995, oppure nominante diversamente:

- Father Knows Best (inedito) 1:11 - probabilmente durante la scena in cui Powhatan dice a Pocahontas che Kocoum vuole sposarla.
- Ratcliffe's Cabin (inedito) 1:28 - dopo il colloquio tra John Smith e Ratcliffe.
- Going Ashore 0:44 - probabilmente è parte del brano che noi conosciamo con il titolo di "River's Edge".
- Pocahontas Watches / Meeko (inedito) 1:52 - mentre Pocahontas spia John e Meeko gli si avvicina.
- Cat 'N' Mouse (inedito) 1:30 - John si accorge di essere spiato alla cascata.
- They Meet At the River's Edge 2:49 - il brano dell'incontro alla cascata che sul cd originale è nominato "Listen With Your Heart II".
- Skirmish (inedito) 1:43 - nel cd del '95 questo è il momento della lotta tra Kocoum e John. Nella Legacy invece credo si riferisca al combattimento tra gli inglesi e gli indiani, considerando anche la posizione in cui è inserita nella tracklist, quindi dovrebbe essere un brano inedito).
- Unusual Name (inedito) 3:46 - credo che qui sia inclusa "Getting Acquainted" più il resto della partitura della scena in cui Pocahontas e John parlano (e litigano) sulla riva del fiume, prima di "Colors of the Wind".
- Something Wrong, John? (inedito) 1:34 - sicuramente nella scena in cui John e gli altri issano la palizzata sotto la pioggia.
- Into the Glade (inedito) 3:01 - immagino sia una versione estesa di "Picking Corn" con altri brani.
- Listen With Your Heart II (inedito) 1:09 - in cui John incontra Nonna Salice, da non confondere con la traccia nominata nello stesso modo nel cd del '95.
- Smith Returns 1:47 - a giudicare dalla lunghezza della traccia credo che sia quella che nel cd del '95 è nominata "Ratcliffe's Plan".
- Sneaking Out (inedito) 2:53 - sarà la versione estesa di "John Smith Sneaks Out", che forse include anche il momento in cui Pocahontas scappa di nascosto.
- The Fight 2:09 - che nel cd del '95 è erroneamente intitolata "Skirmish".
- Aftermath (inedito) 2:06 - la morte di Kocoum e la cattura di John.
- Thomas Reports (inedito) 0:45 - in cui Thomas avverte gli altri della cattura di John.
- Now's Our Chance (inedito) 1:06 - quando Ratcliffe spara a John.
- Epiphany/Savages (Part 2) (Alternate Version) 2:02 - qui c'è una leggera differenza nella parte strumentale.

Invece per quanto riguarda le canzoni dovrebbero esserci alcune differenze rispetto al cd originale:

- The Virginia Company 5:26 - considerando la durata del brano immagino che includa anche "Ship at Sea (Score)" e "The Virginia Company (Reprise)" anche se non ho capito il motivo di unirle...
- If I Never Knew You (Soundtrack Version) 3:21 - finalmente avremo questa canzone eliminata.

Infine abbiamo 5 demo ma a quanto pare mancano le demo di "Colors of the Wind" e di "Just Around the Riverbend (Reprise)".

Grazie per la risposta Pan! Ormai sto mirando a queste uscite per collezionare le soundtrack di Menken; peccato che non siano previste "Beauty and the Beast" e "Hunchback of Notre Dame".
