Nonostante il progetto risalga a tre anni fa, non ho trovato alcun topic al riguardo. Ora Seth Rogen è entrato nel film come produttore:

Seth Rogen is joining "The B Team," coming on as a producer on Disney's spy comedy with an eye towards starring.
Disney had no comment about the project, currently in the development stage. Project's centered on a top secret agent being kidnapped, leaving his tech support team and researchers to rescue him.

Disney set up the project three years ago at Charles Segars' Sparkler Entertainment after buying a pitch from the scripting team of Derek Guiley and David Schneiderman (Variety, July 11, 2008). Segars was tapped as the producer with Ilan Breil, manager of the scribes, exec producing.

Seth Rogen produrrà la spy-comedy The B Team

Variety riporta la notizia secondo la quale Seth Rogen, star di svariate commedie dirette o prodotte da Judd Apatow nonché del comic movie Il Calabrone Verde, produrrà, e forse interpreterà, una spy comedy per la Disney intitolata The B Team.

La storia ruota attorno alla squadra di ricercatori e di supporto tecnico di una superspia; squadra che ha il compito di salvarla dopo che l'agente segreto in questione viene rapita.

La sceneggiatura è ad opera di Derek Guiley and David Schneiderman, ma considerate le esperienze di sceneggiatore di Rogen, co-realizatore degli script di Suxbad, Strafumati e Il Calabrone Verde, non dovremmo stuiprci di una eventuale riscrittura ad opera dello stesso comedian.
