Mamma mia questo poster è davvero stupendo!!!
Ma in realtà tutte le cose che stanno uscendo ultimamente sono davvero belle,anche l'immagine di Ariel che canta sullo scoglio.
Speriamo che il trailer che verrà mostrato non sia lo stesso lekato,sia perché ormai lo abbiamo visto e rivisto,sia perché non mostrava effettivamente niente di nuovo

Praticamente Ariel vedrà in Ursula una figura materna, però come Rapunzel, per un attimo ho pensato invece come Aurora vede Malefica in "Maleficent"... ci manca solo che pure Ursula diventi buona e siamo a posto, ma credo che qui faranno come nel musical riveleranno che Ursula è sua parente, e che viveva a palazzo, cosa che dice nel lungometraggio animato "quando vivevo a palazzo".

Ad esempio si scoprirà se Ursula è nata Cecalea o Sirena, questo mi piacerebbe, visto che secondo molti Ursula sarebbe una sirena divenuta malvagia e abbia cambiato forma, in particolare se è la sorella di tritone dovrebbe essere in realtà una sirena... (tra la varie teorie che ho sentito pure quelle che sarebbe una strega umana che abbia incontrato belle in passato e per questo quando si trasforma in vanessa potrebbe essersi ispirata al suo volto...of)

A me non importa nulla sono curioso del film... come dicono i veu gli anni 90 non torneranno più anche se su questo argomento nei avrei da dire ma scenderemo nel personale, è vero che pur avendo avuto un progresso tecnologico le cose sono cambiate, ma credo che questa "nostalgia" degli anni 90 non sia tanto sui bene materiali ma su dei valori che si sono persi, un esempio ora si fanno spesso e volentieri acquisti online senza vedere chi ci vede gli articoli, negli anni 90 si andava direttamente in negozio, oppure grazie ai social possiamo connetterci con tutti ma anche prendere consapevolezza di essere soli, negli anni 90 c'erano più rapporti umani ma oggi bisogna tenere conto che viviamo anche in condizioni di forte precarietà rispetto al passato per cui è facile incappare in situazioni spiacevoli. chiuto ot

Onestamente a me quel nuovo poster non piace, troppo cupo e il riferimento a quello del 1989 e troppo palese, cerca disperatamente di essere altrettanto iconico ma l’originale rimane sempre migliore, fiabesco, misterioso ed evocativo
Buono almeno che abbiamo finalmente la data ufficiale del trailer, ma anch’io sento che sarà quello trapelato un po’ di tempo fa

Un trailer ha battute, quello trapelato era solo un teaser. Magari ci saranno anche quelle scene ma le battute e la visione del cast principale devono esserci se si parla di trailer.

Ricorda quello originale americano del 1989 ma è nell'insieme anche "nuovo"... ottima realizzazione

The Little Mermaid's Live Action Movie Will Modernize Ariel's Relationship With Prince Eric

When 1989's animated film "The Little Mermaid" was released, it marked a turning point for Disney animation. It was the story of a 16-year-old mermaid named Ariel who fell in love with a man she saw for a few minutes. She trades her voice to the sea witch Ursula for legs and the ability to appear to Prince Eric as a human. If she doesn't get him to give her a "true love's kiss" in three days ... three days ... she'll be not only a mermaid again but also Ursula's servant. Luckily, it all works out, and they get married. 

But it's not the best message for young people, perhaps. Not that the 1837 Hans Christian Andersen story was much better. In that one, the mermaid wants a human soul, and a sea witch gives her a potion that gives her legs but makes it feel like knives are slicing them the whole time. She turns into sea foam after not making him fall in love with her. Again, not the best message. (Although, there is a different, better message hidden throughout.)

It was inevitable that Disney would make some changes again with the upcoming live-action film starring Halle Bailey. In a recent interview with The Face, Bailey spoke about some of these changes. Though she didn't reveal spoilers, what she said is a relief for those of us who have a ... complicated relationship with some of the earlier Disney Princesses. 

'I don't think [that] reflects modern women today"

In the interview, Bailey said:

"What's beautiful about this version of 'The Little Mermaid' is that it's a lot more modern ... When we saw it when we were younger, she gave up everything for the guy. But I don't think [that] reflects modern women today. So [now] it's more about Ariel finding freedom for herself because of this world that she's obsessed with. Prince Eric, the handsome shipwrecked human for whom she gives it all up, is a cherry on top. But it's not all about him."

Whatever your thoughts on changing art for modern audiences, even the animated film did that. No one is turning into seafoam or dancing on legs that are screaming in agony like in the fairytale. Disney already updated it. To be fair, Disney has updated a lot of their more current princesses with jobs and purpose that extends beyond the prince they fall in love with, and sometimes, no prince at all. Don't get me wrong. Love is lovely. I just think maybe the idea of having a young woman in her mid-teens being forced to make someone love her in three freaking days to escape servitude isn't the best. It's nice to know that the journey is more about her in the end.

Four years after she was cast as Ariel in The Little Mermaid, Halle Bailey can't wait for audiences to head under the sea: "I just get really emotional just thinking about it."

We're so ready for this to be part of our world.

Halle Bailey's starring role in Disney's upcoming live-action adaptation of The Little Mermaid is going to make her a certified superstar. And that's a lot of pressure for a 22-year-old to handle.

"I've seen a rough cut, and I was just sobbing the whole time," she told E! News' Francesca Amiker at the 2023 Kids' Choice Awards. "It's just very weird to watch myself. I've never seen myself that way and I just get really emotional just thinking about it."

And she hopes the cast—including Daveed Diggs, Jacob Tremblay, Awkwafina, Jonah Hauer-King, Javier Bardem and Melissa McCarthy—will have you feeling the same type of way.

"I am ready for everyone to finally see this film, for it to finally be out," Halle admitted. "We have worked on it for a long time, we've been talking about it for a long time, but now we're finally going to see it and I'm just grateful."

In addition to taking on Alan Menken's original music and Lin-Manuel Miranda's updated tracks for Little Mermaid, Halle will also be lending her voice to this year's The Color Purple, based on the 2005 musical (as opposed to the 1985 film, which itself was based on the 1982 novel).

"Music is my first love, but what I love about [The Little Mermaid] is that I got to incorporate both singing and acting and it's really opened up something in me," she shared. "Then for The Color Purple, I'm singing in it as well and it just makes me really happy to be a part of and to do both of the things I love."

But she's not just happy with her work, as Halle also explained how she stays so positive in real life.

"I don't look at the comments, I don't pay attention to trolls and negativity," she revealed. "I'm happy and at the end of the day, I'm blessed."

Quindi non basta sminuire il classico, ora si sminuisce pure la fiaba originale con la squallida pretesa di proporre un messaggio addirittura migliore di quello di Andersen

Poster stupendo, si ispira chiaramente all'iconica immagine di cui avete gia' parlato, ma allo stesso tempo rimanda anche alla scena del reprise di Part of your world, con quel cielo grigio che si sta aprendo come dopo la tempesta. Allo stesso tempo in questa locandina mi piace molto l'espressione della Bailey che sembra proprio respirare "libertà" nell'essere sopra il mare.
L'unica cosa che non mi piace e' che sia quasi uguale al poster già uscito, con la sola differenza che uno è sott'acqua e l'altro no.

Anche io spero davvero che il trailer non sia quello già visto in quanto non mostrava nulla di nuovo: non si vedevano le sorelle, non si vede Vanessa, Ursula si vede a malapena in due sole scene (di cui una l'abbiamo già vista nel trailer) e non c'erano scene sulla terra ferma con Ariel umana.
No, spero vivamente che la Disney, dato che il leak del trailer, sia corsa ai ripari o creandone uno nuovo, o quantomeno modificandolo e aggiungendoci qualocosa. Non possono averci fatto aspettare tutto questo tempo per qualcosa di misero.

Anche secondo me il poster è molto bello e evocativo.. inoltre lo trovo in parte epico, e credo che in questa maniera, presentando il film in modo un po' più "cupo", possano attirare l'attenzione anche della platea maschile.. un po' alla Alice in Wonderland, che tralasciando la nomea di Burton, accontentò un po' tutti. Inoltre la posa di Ariel è molto più simile alla statua di Copenaghen.. a me piace molto.. è la prima cosa bella che hanno fatto uscire al momento di questo film! Certo, domenica con il trailer vedremo se manterranno questa linea o se il film sarà più colorato.
